My research interests have developed over time, reflecting my curiosity about human behavior and development in different settings. During my undergraduate and master’s studies in Psychology, I explored various topics, which gave me a foundation for learning and growth.
As I transitioned into my Ph.D. program, my focus shifted toward exploring the relationships between technology use, particularly screen use behavior, cognition, and mental health across the lifespan. I am particularly interested in using Ecological Momentary Assessment to capture real-time data and uncover nuanced insights into these dynamics. This journey reflects my commitment to addressing modern challenges in digital well-being, fostering healthier interactions with technology, and shaping my research and aspirations to make meaningful contributions to human development.
